Reagent：Cell culture medium, red blood cell lysate (product number: AP01L106) (optional)
Consumables：centrifuge tube, disposable sterile filter (70 µ m)

usage method
1、Take about 100mg of fresh tissue and add it to a sterile centrifuge tube. Cut the tissue thoroughly with an ophthalmic scissors to 1-2mm3, and add 1 mL of tissue digestion solution.
2、Place the centrifuge tube on a constant temperature shaker and incubate at 37 ℃ and 180rpm for 10-30 minutes to digest the tissue. The digestion time can be appropriately shortened or extended according to the different tissues.
3、After incubation, filter the tissue homogenate in the centrifuge tube using a 70 µ m sterile filter, then rinse the filter with cell culture medium, and collect the filtrate using the centrifuge tube.
4、Centrifuge the cell suspension at 1200rpm for 5 minutes and discard the supernatant.
5、Add an appropriate amount of culture medium, centrifuge at 1200rpm for 5 minutes, and discard the supernatant.
6、Resuspend cells in cell culture medium and observe digestion under a microscope with a small amount of cells.
7、Use cells for subsequent experiments as needed.
8、(Optional) Red blood cell lysate can be used to remove red blood cells or dead cells during tissue dissociation.
