Product Introduction
PBS buffer solution (powder)
Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) is consistent with the environmental conditions such as pH and osmotic pressure during cell growth, and has the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, controlling acid-base balance, supplying energy and inorganic salt components necessary for cell survival and metabolism. It can meet the basic needs of cell survival and maintain certain metabolism in vitro experiments.
PBS (phosphate buffered solution), also known as phosphate buffer solution, can provide a relatively stable ion environment and pH buffering capacity, and is a commonly used buffer salt solution in biology. The pH is 7.2-7.4, and the main components are dihydrogen phosphate and dihydrogen phosphate. It does not contain Ca2+or Mg2+and is commonly used for molecular cloning, immunohistochemistry, or other conventional purposes. If sterility is required, it is recommended to use a 0.22 μ m filter for filtration and sterilization.
This product is provided in powder form and can be dissolved directly in deionized water during the experiment. The pH value after dilution is 7.2-7.4, making it easy to operate and use.
