It is inversely proportional to the number of cells. The more cells there are, the fewer they are, and the fewer cells there are, the more they are. Changing the culture medium or washing the cells cannot remove them;
Slow cell growth and fast nutrient consumption require frequent replacement of culture medium, and the cell state deteriorates as it grows.
