Introduction: This product is a novel transfection reagent developed based on cationic polymer, suitable for transfection of siRNA and microRNA (miRNA). It can achieve high efficiency and low toxicity transfection in various common cells, and has the advantages of easy operation and good repeatability, making it suitable for siRNA or miRNA mediated gene suppression experiments.

On the day before transfection, 293T and HT-29 cells stably expressing EGFP protein were seeded into 24 well plates. Perform siRNA transfection that interferes with EGFP protein expression according to the instructions of the siRNA transfection reagent. After 48 hours of transfection, the knockdown efficiency was observed and evaluated by fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that the transfected cells were in good condition, and the green fluorescence intensity was significantly reduced, indicating that the expression level of EGFP protein was successfully downregulated.

On the day before transfection, 293T cells stably expressing EGFP protein were seeded into 24 well plates. Perform siRNA transfection that interferes with EGFP protein expression according to the instructions of the siRNA transfection reagent. After 48 hours of transfection, the knockdown efficiency was evaluated by Western Blot. The results showed that the expression level of EFGP protein was significantly reduced.
