TMB Enhanced One Component Membrane Substrate is an enhanced TMB membrane substrate with a deep purple precipitate as the reaction product. It is used for Western blot, Microarray and other applications.
This kit has the characteristics of low background, stability, small inter batch difference, and selectable sensitivity, providing a superior signal reaction system, suitable for the research and production application of ELISA kits.

Western blotColor development steps：
1. Washing: After incubation with HRP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, wash three times with PBST/TBST washing buffer;
2. Color development: Add 1mL of substrate and incubate at 20-37 ℃ for a certain period of time. The detection band will develop a deep purple color;
3. Termination: Before the background color appears, wash 2-3 times with 1.5mL of deionized water to terminate the color development;
4. Reading: Visual interpretation or instrument photography analysis of grayscale values.
