Product Description
This product is a Kanamycin resistant 2 × YT agar plate (containing 50 µ g/mL Kanamycin) with a plate size of 90 × 15 mm. The culture medium is sterilized at 121 ℃ for 20 minutes, and each plate contains 25 mL of culture medium. Suitable for the cultivation of general bacteria, especially for the preservation and cultivation of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments. This product eliminates the time and effort consumed by customers during the process of configuring LB culture medium, significantly improving experimental efficiency.

Transportation and storage
Transport at room temperature. Stored at 4 ℃, with a shelf life of 3 months.
usage method
1. Before use, place the petri dish in a 37 ℃ constant temperature incubator for preheating.
2. Aseptic operation, inoculation of bacterial strains such as Escherichia coli (E. coli).
3. Invert the petri dish and incubate in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃. The cultivation time for Escherichia coli is generally 12-16 hours.
matters needing attention
1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
2. If there is condensation on the lid of the petri dish, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect its use.
3. Place the petri dish upright during refrigeration to reduce the formation of condensation water.
4. Antibiotics are unstable, please use them as soon as possible within their expiration date.
5. Plates containing X-gal should be stored away from light.
6. After receiving the item, please immediately take it out and place it in the refrigerator for refrigeration (4 ℃) and keep it upright.
