Li Ji Biology's 10 × Lysis Buffer is a relatively strong cell/virus lysis buffer, mainly composed of Tris HCl, SDS, Tween-20, EDTA, etc. The nucleic acid samples obtained from the lysis of the lysate can be used for conventional PCR, qPCR, ddPCR, etc.
