In the study of extracellular vesicles, storage stability has always been a major challenge faced by researchers. At present, extracellular vesicles are usually packaged in PBS and frozen at -80 ℃, but with increasing freezing time and freeze-thaw cycles, the activity, integrity, and cargo content of extracellular vesicles will significantly decrease. To solve this problem, a specialized cryopreservation solution for extracellular vesicles has been developed, which can be directly added to extracellular vesicle samples and stored at -20 ℃ or -80 ℃, significantly improving the short-term and long-term stability of the samples. This product is easy to operate, has good protective effect, clear ingredients, wide applicability, and can effectively inhibit the adsorption of extracellular vesicles on experimental consumables such as sample tubes and gun heads.

Blue ice transportation- Stored at 20 ℃, with a shelf life of 24 months.
Usage
1. Preparation of extracellular vesicles: Select a suitable extracellular vesicle separation kit based on the sample type, isolate pure extracellular vesicles, and recommend replacing the separated extracellular vesicles with PBS using a buffer replacement kit.
2. Cryopreservation of extracellular vesicles: Remove the extracellular vesicle preservation solution from the refrigerator, thaw it, vortex and mix well, add it to the extracellular vesicle solution in a ratio of 1:20, mix well, and store it at -80 ℃. It is recommended to freeze and thaw no more than 5 times and store for no more than 12 months.
