This product is an extracellular vesicle RNA quality control kit suitable for quality control of extracellular vesicle RNA from human, mouse, and rat sources. Due to the presence of RNA molecules in extracellular vesicles, this kit can also be used for mass characterization of extracellular vesicles, i.e. evaluating the quality and purity of the extracellular vesicles themselves.
This product is detected by reverse transcription of extracellular vesicle RNA and qPCR using SYBR Green I fluorescence method. After extensive research, two positive extracellular vesicle RNA targets (QC Assay A1 and B1, amplification primers for positive RNA targets) and one negative target (QC Assay C1, amplification primer for detecting bacterial contamination) were selected to evaluate the quality of extracellular vesicle RNA.
This kit uses efficient third-generation RT enzyme and Hotstart Taq DNA polymerase, which can effectively inhibit non-specific reactions and achieve accurate quantification in a wider range. Real time detection of amplification products significantly improves detection sensitivity and eliminates the electrophoresis step after PCR, making it very suitable for the detection of extracellular vesicle RNA.

matters needing attention
1. This kit is suitable for RNA quality control and characterization of extracellular vesicles from human, mouse, and rat sources. If you need to test other sample types, please consult our technical support.
2. Please fully dissolve and mix the reaction buffer before use, avoid direct sunlight, and store it away from light.
3. Enzyme Mix contains high concentration glycerol, gently mix and centrifuge immediately before use. Immediately return to -20 ℃ after use.
4. It is recommended to use non polluting gun heads and centrifuge tubes for the preparation and packaging of the reaction solution to avoid contamination as much as possible.
5. To ensure effective reaction, it is recommended to use high-quality RNA templates.
6. If the qPCR instrument requires ROX calibration, add the corresponding ROX: if not, set the fluorescence reference to "None" before conducting data analysis.
7. Warm reminder: After the amplification reaction, the PCR plate/tube must not be opened, otherwise aerosol contamination will interfere with the next test.
8. For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves when operating.
9. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
