PVDF membrane (0.45 μ m) is a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) imprinting membrane with a pore size of 0.45 μ m. The most common method for protein transfer from gel to membrane in Western blot is adsorption analysis, amino acid analysis, N-terminal protein sequencing, dot and slot blot detection, glycoprotein staining, and lipopolysaccharide analysis.
