EZ Trans Plus Cell Transfection Reagent (II), as a new generation transfection reagent, is based on the transfection principle of positively charged polymers and negatively charged phosphate groups of nucleic acid molecules forming a positively charged complex, which interacts with negatively charged proteoglycans on the cell surface and enters the cell through endocytosis.
