Product Description
Pharmaceutical grade cell cryopreservation solution (non programmed cooling) is a ready to use cell cryopreservation solution independently developed by Li Ji Biotechnology, containing 7.5% DMSO, no serum, and no animal components. It provides a safe and effective protective environment for cells at ultra-low temperatures (-80 ° C to -196 ° C), and the cell viability can reach over 90% after cryopreservation and recovery.
This product contains an aqueous solution of glycine, DMSO, and phosphate buffer, suitable for cryopreservation of mesenchymal stem cells.

Cell cryopreservation steps
Collect logarithmic phase cells using conventional methods.
Determine the amount of freezing solution based on the freezing density.
Place the required number of cell suspensions in centrifuge tubes, centrifuge to remove the supernatant, and collect the cell pellet.
Add an appropriate amount of enhanced serum-free cell cryopreservation solution to the centrifuge tube to achieve a cell concentration of approximately 5 × 105/ml to 1 × 107/mL. Gently mix the cells to make a cell mixture.
Divide the cell mixture in the centrifuge tube into labeled cryovials, with a recommended volume of 1mL or 5mL per vial.
Directly place the packaged cell cryopreservation tubes into a -80 ℃ ultra-low temperature freezer without the need for programmed cooling, and they can be frozen for one month in the short term.
If stored in liquid nitrogen for a long time, it needs to be placed in a -80 ℃ refrigerator for at least 24 hours before being transferred to a liquid nitrogen tank for long-term storage.
Cell recovery steps
Pre warm the complete cell culture medium at room temperature or 37 ℃, with a volume 9 times that of the frozen solution.
Remove the cryovial from liquid nitrogen, place it in a 37 ℃ water bath and shake gently. When there is still one rice sized ice cube left, quickly remove it from the water bath.
Suck the cell suspension into complete culture medium, gently mix well, centrifuge, remove the supernatant, and obtain a cell precipitate for later use.
After microscopic examination of cells, routine cell culture can be carried out according to the needs and methods of each individual study.
