Quick Cell Mycoplasma Rapid Detection Kit (cell culture specific) is a reagent specifically designed for rapid detection of Mycoplasma contamination in cell culture supernatant or other liquid samples (such as serum). This reagent kit is easy to operate and has a short reaction time. Only 1 μ l of cell culture supernatant needs to be taken and added to the reaction system. Incubate at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and the results can be determined by naked eye observation. It has obvious advantages over traditional PCR methods for detecting Mycoplasma. This reagent kit has a wide detection range and can detect almost all common mycoplasma contaminating cells, including: (1) M. Hyorhinis, (2) M. Fermentans, (3) M. Arginini, (4) M. hominis, (5) M. Oracle, (6) M. salivarium, (7) M. pirum, (8) Acholeplasma Laidlawii, (9) M. agalactiae, (10) M. bovis, (11) M. buccal, (12) M. arteritidis, (13) M. pulmonis, etc. (M. stands for Mycoplasma). The above 13 types of mycoplasma account for over 99% of cellular mycoplasma contamination. The vast majority of mycoplasma contamination is concentrated in the first 8 species. Therefore, it is very suitable for daily mycoplasma testing in research laboratories and enterprises related to cell biology. [Note]: Rapid methods cannot detect urinary incontinence and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.

[Note]:① The 50 tests referred to in this reagent kit include negative control and positive control, not 50 samples. As a control is required for each test, the number of test samples is determined according to the experimental arrangement. Theoretically, a maximum of 48 samples can be tested at a time Centrifuge slightly with a centrifuge before use to avoid adhesive loss on the tube wall and reduce the number of detections. (Note: Positive Mycoplasma DNA does not require centrifugation.)
