Product Description

The "Positive Control of Mycoplasma Detection Kit by Luminescence Method" kit, hereinafter referred to as the "Positive Control by Luminescence Method". It is specifically used as a positive control reagent for the Quick Cell Luminescence Mycoplasma Detection Kit (item number: AC16L062).

This product is the product of Mycoplasma lysis and contains the Mycoplasma specific ATP synthesis related enzymes required by the Quick Cell Luminescence Mycoplasma Detection Kit. It does not contain live Mycoplasma and will not cause contamination of your experimental environment with live Mycoplasma. If it is not possible for your laboratory's related cell lines to be contaminated with live Mycoplasma due to the use of this product. However, this product may still cause contamination of Mycoplasma DNA in the environment, so the suction tips, centrifuge tubes, and 96 well plates containing this product still need to be handled with care.
