Quick Cell PCR Mycoplasma detection kit. This kit uses a pair of mycoplasma specific primers to PCR amplify the mycoplasma genomic DNA of the sample, and then detect the PCR products by agarose gel electrophoresis. The reagent kit also contains an internal reference control to monitor whether PCR amplification is normal.
This kit is a broad-spectrum mycoplasma detection kit that can identify all over 100 types of mycoplasma that have been discovered to date; Can be used to detect all samples that may contain mycoplasma, such as the supernatant of in vitro cell cultures; Serum; Various bodily fluids, such as saliva, urine, nasal secretions, etc; Other liquid samples, etc. It has the advantages of 100% mycoplasma recognition rate, extremely high sensitivity, containing internal reference bands to distinguish true negative samples from false negative samples, and does not require a relatively expensive fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument.
After multiple tests, this reagent kit has records of identifying 20 types of mycoplasma that have been reported in vitro cell culture. According to literature reports, these mycoplasma species can account for almost 100% of the mycoplasma species that contaminate cells.
