Product Description

The main components of DNA loading buffer (6X) are glycerol, EDTA, SDS, orange G, and xylene blue FF. Glycerol can increase the sample density, making the sample density greater than TAE, thereby settling into the sampling hole and preventing the sample from drifting out of the sampling hole. SDS mainly promotes polymerase denaturation, as the incomplete polymerase will bind to the DNA double strand and affect its migration rate. The indicators Orange G and Xylene Blue FF serve as indicators to display the progress of electrophoresis, allowing us to terminate electrophoresis in a timely manner.
