Product Description
Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) is consistent with the environmental conditions such as pH and osmotic pressure during cell growth, and has the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, controlling acid-base balance, supplying energy and inorganic salt components necessary for cell survival and metabolism. It can meet the basic needs of cell survival and maintain certain metabolism in vitro experiments.
The main components of Tris buffer salt solution are Tris HCl (pH 8.0), sodium chloride, preservatives, and do not contain Tween 20. TBS, abbreviated as TBS, is a conventional pH buffer solution mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and immunoblotting experiments. It is commonly used as a washing buffer, as well as for antibody dilution and blocking solution preparation. It is a commonly used molecular biology reagent.
This product is provided in powder form and can be dissolved in deionized water during the experiment. It is easy to operate and use.
