Product Description

Trypsin, abbreviated as trypsin, is a serine hydrolase that can cleave the carboxyl end of lysine and arginine residues in polypeptide chains. During the extraction, cultivation, and in vitro cell culture of tissue cells, trypsin digestion buffer is used to hydrolyze intercellular proteins and disperse tissues or cells into individual cells.

Pancreatic enzymes have the strongest digestive ability at 37 ℃ and pH 8.0. The commonly used working concentration of trypsin is 0.25%. EDTA can chelate calcium and magnesium ions, and when used in combination with EDTA in trypsin solution, it can accelerate the hydrolysis of intercellular junction proteins and enhance digestion. Phenol red is a pH indicator that appears purple red when the solution is alkaline, orange red when it is acidic, and pink when it is near neutral.

This product contains 0.25% trypsin, dissolved in Hank's buffer, added with 0.9 mM EDTA, containing phenol red indicator, and filtered through 0.22 μ m for sterilization.
