使用方法

培养方法

培养基	DMEM (GIBCO: C12430) 90%, Fetal Bovine Serum (高品质胎牛血清) 或和元李记特级胎牛血清 (Foetal Bovine Serum)（货号：AC03L055） 10%
培养条件	37℃ 5% CO2
消化条件	0.25% (w/v) Trypsin-0.53 mM EDTA溶液，消化1-3min
传代比例	1：2-1：3
换液时间	每周换液2次

冻存方法

冻存液	95%完全培养基, 5% (v/v) DMSO 或和元李记快速细胞冻存液（无血清、无蛋白）（货号：AC05L033）
冻存密度	1-3 ×106 /管，液氮保存
