EZ ECL pico chemiluminescence solution is a highly sensitive enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) HRP substrate that can help users achieve protein detection below the pico level (-12g) in immunoblotting analysis, greatly saving antibodies. The EZ ECL pico substrate can provide bright signals and low pico level detection sensitivity for immunoblotting experiments using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. This ECL substrate is compatible with various membranes, blocking solutions, and wide range antibody diluents, meeting the needs of users for immunoblotting applications with excellent performance, versatility, and high cost-effectiveness.
Characteristics of EZ Pico substrate:
High sensitivity: detecting protein bands at the pico level on nitrocellulose membranes or PVDF membranes.
Long signal duration: Under optimized conditions, the imprinted bands incubated with substrates can continuously output detectable light signals for 6-8 hours.
Reagent stability: The working solution remains stable within 24 hours, and the reagent kit can be stably stored at room temperature for up to 12 months.
Suggested dilution concentration:
First antibody concentration: It is recommended to use a stock solution of 1mg/mL starting from 1:1000 to 1:5000 or 0.2-1ug/mL
Secondary antibody concentration: It is recommended to use a stock solution of 1mg/mL starting from 1:20000 to 1:100000 or 10-50ng/mL
