Product Description

Protein tracing loading buffer (5 x) contains detergent SDS and reducing agent DTT, suitable for denaturing protein electrophoresis detection. The principle is that DTT can break the disulfide bond in the chain and the disulfide bond between the chains of protein molecules, separate the protein subunits connected by the disulfide bond from each other, and show clear protein bands on the electrophoresis gel through electrophoresis. Add bromophenol blue as an indicator to facilitate sample loading and control of electrophoresis completion time. Protein tracer loading buffer with a concentration of 5 times needs to be diluted proportionally when used.
