Product Description

Tris glycine SDS electrophoretic buffer (powder) is suitable for gel of Tris Gly system, not suitable for gel of Hepes, Bis tris and other buffer systems; Used for SDS-PAGE denaturing electrophoresis.

This product is provided in powder form, with a total of 10 small packets, each of which can be prepared with 1L 1 x working solution.

Transportation and storage

Transport at room temperature. Stored at room temperature, with a shelf life of 24 months.

usage method

1. Take 1 small packet to prepare 1L of electrophoresis solution powder, pour it into a clean beaker, add distilled water to about 900mL, and dissolve.

2. Fill the measuring cylinder to 1L, which is 1 x working fluid.

3. After mixing well, it can be used.

4. Unused electrophoresis solution can be stored at room temperature, usually for 2-3 days at room temperature and 1-2 weeks at 4 ℃.
