Product Description

The EZ PCR direct expansion mouse tail lysate independently developed by Heyuan Liji is a specialized reagent that can quickly digest and lyse tissues such as mouse tail and ear pieces, release genomic DNA from tissues, and directly perform PCR amplification without the need for extraction and purification. The experimental operation is simple, fast, and the results are stable and reliable.

Product advantages

Short lysis time: Take an appropriate amount of tissue and lyse it at 55 ℃ containing Protease K. The sample can be lysed in about 6 hours at the fastest, and the lysate after overnight digestion can obtain very stable PCR results (embryonic tissue can be digested and lysed in about 2 hours).
Easy to operate: After the sample is lysed and treated with Protease K inactivation (95 ℃, 10 min), it can be centrifuged and sampled for gene identification without the need for DNA purification steps, improving identification efficiency.
