Product Description

The crude extract of cells contains many endogenous enzymes, such as phosphatase and protease, which can degrade and alter the proteins in the extract. The best way to increase the yield of intact proteins is to add inhibitors of these enzymes.

This protease inhibitor mixture has been optimized and tested for mammalian cell and tissue extracts. It contains inhibitors with broad specificity for serine, cysteine, acid protease, and aminopeptidase. This mixture is provided as a ready to use DMSO solution. It may form crystals. If there are crystals, please shake well before adding them to the corresponding liquid.

This product is a colorless to light yellow liquid.The mixture of Li Ji protease inhibitors is stored at -20 ℃ and will not freeze, making it more convenient to use.
