Product Description
TMB color termination solution (650nm) is used to terminate the TMB substrate color reaction, and the reaction product after termination is blue with stable OD value, suitable for reading 650nm absorbance. This product does not contain SDS, which can avoid discoloration, turbidity, or precipitation of the solution after termination, and will not result in a gradual decrease in OD value after termination, making the detection results more accurate.

usage method
ELISA colorimetric termination steps:
1. Color development: Add 100 μ L of TMB color development solution (product number: AP37L114) to each well, incubate for a certain period of time, and the solution gradually turns blue.
2. Termination: Add 100 μ L of TMB color termination solution (650nm) each, and after termination, the solution turns yellow.
3. Detection: Use an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader to detect OD650 or OD650/492.
