Product Description

The Bradford protein quantification method is based on the binding of Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 to proteins, which produces blue compounds that react rapidly and stably. The reaction compound has the maximum light absorption value at 465-595nm, and the color intensity of the compound is directly proportional to the protein concentration. Therefore, the protein content can be calculated by detecting the magnitude of the light absorption value at 595nm.
