Product Description

During tissue/cell lysis, a large amount of endogenous protein phosphatase is released, which catalyzes the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated proteins in various ways, resulting in differences from normal physiological states. Therefore, experiments such as Western blotting after lysis, immunoprecipitation detection of phosphorylated proteins, and determination of protein kinase activity typically require the addition of exogenous protein phosphatase inhibitors to inhibit the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated proteins and maintain their phosphorylation status. This product is a mixture of four phosphatase inhibitors that can inhibit serine/threonine proteases, protein tyrosine phosphatases, as well as acid/alkaline phosphatases. Suitable for Western blot and immunoprecipitation analysis of phosphorylated proteins, protein kinase activity determination, etc.
