Product Description

EZ100 DNA Marker (100-2000bp)To store the DNA solution in a 1xLoading Buffer. Composed of 6 linear double stranded DNA fragments of 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, and 2000 bp, it is suitable for identifying the size of DNA bands such as conventional PCR products. In the 5 μ L product, the 750 bp band content is about 120 ng, and the other band content is about 50 ng.

This product can be stored stably at room temperature during normal use without any degradation or dispersion of the strip; In addition, the DNA band is clear and sharp, the background of gel swimming lane is good, and the brightness is high and uniform.
