usage method
1. Calculate the required volume of antibody for working concentration, and calculate the required volume of antibody dilution liquid according to the dilution ratio;
2. Add high concentration antibodies to an appropriate amount of antibody diluent according to the calculated usage amount;
3. After completion, mix thoroughly with Votex and store at 4 ℃ in a refrigerator (can be stored for more than 6 months);
If the antibody reacts in a 4 ℃ environment during use, it can increase the lifespan of the antibody's repeated use;
5. The antibody working solution diluted with this antibody diluent can be recycled repeatedly until the reaction intensity significantly weakens;
6. When the strength of the diluted antibody weakens after repeated use, a small amount of antibody concentrate can be added to restore the strength of the antibody working solution
