6-Rox Glycine * 25 μ M PCR reference dye is used for reference calibration in PCR detection. Conventional 6-ROX dyes are highly unstable, while our developed 6-ROX Glycine significantly improves stability without altering the spectroscopic properties of 6-ROX. This reagent is provided in the form of a 25 μ M liquid, with a solvent of 20 mM Tris (pH 8.4).
