The exosome free fetal bovine serum independently developed by He Yuan Li Ji is made from premium fetal bovine serum and subjected to high-speed centrifugation at 100000 g, 4 ℃, and 10 hours, followed by sterile filtration to remove endogenous exosomes. This optimization process effectively reduces the interference of exogenous background signals in research, making it suitable for extracellular vesicle isolation experiments or related studies in cell culture.

Transportation and storage
Dry ice transportation. Sealed and stored away from light, with a shelf life of 1 week at 4 ℃ and 60 months at -20 ℃. Note: Please use and store separately to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
usage method
1. Serum dissolution:
Please thaw the serum in a refrigerator at a constant temperature of 4 ℃ until it is completely melted. Gently shake the bottle and mix the serum evenly. Please store the melted serum in a refrigerator at 4 ℃, but do not exceed 1 week.
2. Serum packaging:
If the melted serum cannot be used up in the short term, please be sure to pack it into appropriate specifications and store it in a -20 ℃ refrigerator. Estimate the amount required for each or weekly experiment, select containers of appropriate specifications, and package them for long-term storage under suitable conditions.
Note: The container selected for packaging serum must be sterile, sturdy, and have excellent sealing. Serum may experience supercooling during freezing, meaning that it remains liquid even when the temperature is below freezing point. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the quality of serum.
3. Use of serum:
After culturing the cells in normal serum medium for a certain period of time, when the cell fusion degree is about 60% -70%, remove the original medium containing exosome serum and wash it twice with PBS. Replace it with fresh exosome serum medium and continue to culture for 24-48 hours. When the cell fusion degree reaches about 80% -95%, collect the supernatant, which can be used for exosome extraction.
