The live tissue resuscitation kit is an aqueous solution containing sucrose and other components, specifically designed for the resuscitation of tissue and pathological samples that have undergone vitrification cryopreservation (a non ice solidification process in low-temperature storage). It is recommended to use it in conjunction with the live tissue cryopreservation kit (item number: AC05L453) to ensure the best resuscitation effect.

Transportation and storage
Blue ice transportation. Sealed storage at 4 ℃, valid for 12 months.
usage method
1、 Sample requirement: Tissue samples processed using the live tissue cryopreservation kit (item number: AC05L453).
2、 Usage:
1. Heat solution A in a water bath and maintain it at 37 ℃, while equilibrating solution B and solution C to room temperature.
2. Use tweezers to clamp the cryotube, unscrew the tube cover, quickly move the tissue scaffold inside the cryotube into solution A, gently shake the scaffold to detach the tissue piece from the scaffold, and soak it in solution A for 3 minutes.
3. Transfer the tissue slice from solution A to solution B, gently invert 3-5 times, and let it stand at 26 ℃ or room temperature for 10 minutes.
4. Transfer the tissue slices from solution B to solution C, repeat the process of flipping them up and down 3-5 times, and let them stand at 26 ℃ or room temperature for 10 minutes.
5. Use the processed tissue slices for subsequent experiments. Note: The tissue after rewarming should be used as soon as possible. It is recommended to complete all subsequent experimental steps within 2 hours to avoid a significant decrease in tissue activity due to prolonged time.

1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
During storage, it should be kept sealed. If the inner packaging is found to be damaged, it should be used with caution.
3. The waste generated after use should be disposed of according to the management regulations of the user's unit and laboratory. For waste that has come into contact with infectious cell samples, relevant regulations must be followed and it is strictly prohibited to dispose of them at will.
