Usage
Add 1 mL of sterile deionized water (ddH ₂ O) or injection water to the extracellular vesicle freeze-dried powder, dissolve thoroughly, and use as soon as possible for subsequent experiments. Note: The minimum required volume of ddH ₂ O or injection water for the dissolution of extracellular vesicle freeze-dried powder is 200 μ L; If you need to use other dissolution reagents, please contact technical support.

1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
2. After dissolving the freeze-dried powder of extracellular vesicles, please complete the experiment as soon as possible. The number of extracellular vesicle particles will decrease with prolonged storage time.
3. After dissolving the extracellular vesicle freeze-dried powder, it can be packaged and stored at -80 ℃ to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
4. Extracellular vesicle freeze-drying protectants can affect protein concentration detection, and it is recommended to use the factory protein concentration directly. If re quantification is required, the sample needs to be replaced 5. with a conventional laboratory buffer solution such as phosphate buffer, and then protein concentration measurement should be performed (the number of product particles should be based on the factory data).
