Transportation and storage
Transport at room temperature. Component A is stored at 4 ℃, while component B is stored at room temperature; Valid for 24 months.
Usage
1. Column balance
(1) Remove protective solution: Carefully aspirate the protective solution from the top layer of the S-Buffer EX Column using a pipette, open the red stopper at the bottom, and place the column into 2 mL Collection Tubes. Centrifuge at 800g for 1 minute at 4 ℃, and discard the protective solution at the bottom of the collection tube.
(2) Column equilibrium: Add 400 µ L of equilibrium buffer (sample buffer to be replaced), centrifuge at 800g for 1 minute at 4 ℃, and discard the equilibrium solution at the bottom of the collection tube.
(3) Repeat step 1 (2) twice. After the final equilibrium, discard the collection tube and replace it with a new 1.5 mL centrifuge tube.
2. Buffer replacement/desalination/removal of small molecules
(1) Buffer replacement: Slowly add the sample to the equilibrated centrifuge column, centrifuge at 4 ℃ and 800g for 2 minutes. Note: The recommended sample volume is between 100-180 µ L. If the sample is less than 100 µ L, dilute it with equilibrium buffer to 100 µ L; If the sample exceeds 180 µ L, it can be divided into multiple samples for operation, or a larger volume buffer replacement device can be selected.
(2) Collection: Remove the centrifuge column and collect 1.5mL of liquid from the centrifuge tube to complete buffer replacement, which can be used for the next experiment.
