The tricolor pre stained protein marker (2.7-40KD) contains 9 highly purified and pre stained recombinant proteins (2.7, 4.2, 6.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40kDa). Among them, the 40kDa band is orange red, the 10kDa band is green, and the remaining bands are blue. Its apparent molecular weight was calibrated using thermo26632 non pre stained protein molecular weight standard, making it suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.
This product has been prepared in 1 × SDS-PAGE sample buffer and can be used directly without boiling, dilution, or adding reducing agents. According to the size of the sample well, 5-10 μ L of protein can be observed very clearly during electrophoresis, after electrophoresis, and after membrane transfer each time.

Transportation and storage
Blue ice transportation. Short term storage at 4 ℃, valid for 2 months- Long term storage at 20 ℃, with a shelf life of 36 months.

After thawing at room temperature, gently mix or use a pipette to slowly blow evenly, avoiding boiling.

matters needing attention
1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
2. Pay attention to the electrophoresis time, as low molecular weight proteins may swim out of the protein gel front.
3. When performing Western blot, attention should be paid to the specificity of small molecules, especially for bands smaller than 3kDa, which can easily pass through the membrane. Additionally, it is recommended not to add SDS to the transfer solution. If it is necessary for the experiment, the concentration of SDS should not exceed 0.02% -0.04%.
4. Pre stained proteins have different apparent molecular weights in different buffer systems. If non pre stained proteins are calibrated in advance in this buffer system, the protein molecular weight can be roughly determined.
