Li Ji Biological Tissue Transport Protection Liquid is widely used for the transportation of high fidelity samples such as primary tissues, transplanted organs, and single-cell sequencing. Traditional methods of sample preservation and transportation, such as ultra-low temperature storage and chemical fixation, often result in the degradation of nucleic acid in tissue cells, reduced transcriptome integrity, cell rupture, and contamination with free RNA. Using this product to completely immerse the sample and infiltrate the tissue, the sample is transported at 4 ℃ to ensure the integrity of precious sample information and reduce batch differences caused by transportation; Simultaneously providing an ideal microenvironment for cells and tissues to avoid improper sample preservation leading to cell apoptosis and tissue necrosis; After storing cells or tissues at 4 ℃ for 72 hours, the cell activity can be maintained at over 90% and the tissue can remain intact.

usage method
Organizational Preservation
1. Before use, the protective solution for tissue transportation should be thawed at 4 ℃, and the temperature of the sample should be maintained at 4 ℃ during transportation or storage.
2. Take at least 5 times the volume of the tissue sample as the tissue transport protective solution, ensuring that the tissue is completely immersed in the transport protective solution. If there are blood vessels or other internal structures in the sample
Wash and infuse with this product first, then fully immerse in the protective solution. 【 Note 】: 5-10 times the volume of tissue transport protective solution can preserve tissue activity for at least 72 hours. If the preservation time is 3 The saved tissue can be used for subsequent experiments and research as needed.
Cell preservation
1. Before use, thaw the protective solution for transportation at 4 ℃.
2. If the cells are in a adherent state, when the cell growth reaches a confluence rate of 50% -90%, add a tissue transport protective solution of the same volume as the cell culture medium, seal the container, place the container horizontally, and transport or store the cells.
3. If the cells are in suspension, the number of cells should be calculated first, and the cells should be resuspended in tissue transport protective solution at an appropriate density (recommended density is 1E+06)
Place the sample (cells/mL) in a container with an appropriate volume and seal it for storage. Keep 1/3-2/3 of the volume of air in the container.
4. After sample preservation or transportation is completed, the cells that are stored on the wall can be directly discarded from the tissue transport protective solution without rinsing, and can continue to be cultured, passaged or used for other purposes. The cells that are suspended and stored in suspension can be cultured, passaged or used for other studies after centrifugation and discarded from the protective solution.
matters needing attention
1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.
2. This product should be thawed at 4 ℃ before use. After melting, there will be a small amount of flocculent material. Shake until the flocculent material is completely dissolved before use.
3. This product can be stored at 4 ℃ for two weeks. Within two weeks of storage at this temperature, the color will change from colorless to light brown, which does not affect the use of the product.
4. It is recommended to package the product according to actual usage to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
5. During storage, it should be sealed and used with caution if the inner packaging is found to be damaged.
