Product Description
Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is a widely used basal culture medium that can be used to support the growth of many types of mammalian cells. Cells that have been successfully cultured in DMEM medium include primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, smooth muscle cells, as well as cell lines such as HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12.
DMEM， Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, also known as Dulbecco's Modified Medium, is an improved version of MEM medium and is divided into low sugar and high sugar types based on different glucose contents. DMEM low sugar medium is suitable for the cultivation of metabolically slow and dependent adherent cells. This product contains various amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and other ingredients required for cell culture. It does not contain proteins or growth factors and needs to be supplemented with 5-10% serum or serum-free additives according to the type of cell.
