Product Description

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) is a widely used basic culture medium suitable for culturing various mammalian cell lines, including HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12, as well as primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, etc. Compared with MEM, DMEM contains four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.

DMEM contains 25 mM glucose (high glucose type) or 5.5 mM glucose (low glucose type).

This product is configured with ultrapure water.
