DMEM/High Glucose， DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) high glucose medium is an improved version of MEM medium and has been widely used in the cultivation of various cells. DMEM high glucose medium is commonly used for cells with fast growth and low adhesion. It can be used for the cultivation of various mammalian primary cells, such as primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, smooth muscle cells, etc. It can also be used for the cultivation of some cell lines, such as Hela, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12.

This product contains various amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and other ingredients required for cell culture.
