Product Description

Balanced Salt Solution (BSS), also known as Physiological Solution, is a combination of the buffering power of buffer solution, isotonic properties of physiological saline, and nutrient supply characteristics of culture medium. It has the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, maintaining pH stability, and providing simple nutrients, and can meet the basic needs of tissue, organ, or cell survival and metabolism in vitro experiments.

10X PBS (sterile), which is a 10x concentrated phosphate buffer solution, is a widely used equilibrium salt solution in biological and biochemical research. Diluted to 1X PBS phosphate buffer, it can be used for tissue block washing, cell rinsing, preparation of other reagents, and as a substitute for cell counting.
