Caspase 3&7 active cell apoptosis detection kit is a series of tools used to detect cell function, including indicators of cell activity, cytotoxicity, apoptosis, cell membrane potential, and cell cycle. Each detection scheme can provide detection schemes for different fluorescent colors. These efficient detection schemes provide a highly effective method for studying cellular functional activities from multiple perspectives. The Caspase 3/7 activity cell apoptosis detection kit is used for cell apoptosis detection by measuring the activity of Caspase 3/7. Because Caspase-3 (CPP32/apopin) plays an important role in the initiation of cell apoptosis, it is widely accepted as a reliable indicator of cell apoptosis. Caspase 3 has a specific substrate peptide recognition sequence, namely aspartic acid glutamic acid valine aspartic acid (DEVD). This kit uses Z-DEVD-Rh 110-DVED-Z as a fluorescent indicator for Caspase-3 activity. Through the action of Caspase 3, the Rh 110 peptide is cleaved to produce Rh 110 with strong green fluorescence. The fluorescence intensity at 520-530 nm is detected, and the excitation light wavelength is between 340-350 nm.
