Product Description

EZ Mold Rid is a common additive used in cell culture to prevent mold contamination in small or large-scale cell cultures. By disrupting the ion exchange channels of the cell membrane, damaging membrane permeability, and killing different forms of mold, it also has a strong inhibitory effect on common fungal contamination in cell culture, such as Candida and yeast. Mold contamination is difficult to remove as it can be spread through the movement of spores in the air. Many dormant spores of mold can survive in extremely harsh and harsh environments and only recover when they encounter suitable growth conditions.

This product has two main characteristics: prevention and removal. High concentration EZ Mold Rid dilution can quickly kill mold that contaminates cells, while low concentration EZ Mold Rid dilution prevents cell contamination by mold.
