培养方法

培养基	RPMI-1640 （Gibco：C11875）90%, Fetal Bovine Serum (高品质胎牛血清) 或和元李记特级胎牛血清 (Foetal Bovine Serum)（货号：AC03L055） 10%
培养条件	37℃ 5% CO2
消化条件	0.25% Trypsin- EDTA(GIBCO: 25200-056)，消化1-3min
传代比例	1：3-1：4
换液时间	2-3天换液一次

冻存方法

冻存液	85%培养基，10%FBS, 5% (v/v) DMSO 或和元李记快速细胞冻存液（无血清、无蛋白）（货号：AC05L033）
冻存密度	1-3 ×106 /管，液氮保存
