EZ ECL Femo chemiluminescence solution is currently the most sensitive enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL) HRP substrate, which can help users achieve protein detection at the Fick level during immunoblotting analysis(–15g)，Extremely saves antibodies. The West Femo substrate can provide bright signals and Fick level detection sensitivity for immunoblotting experiments using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates. This ECL substrate is compatible with various membranes, blocking solutions, and wide range antibody dilutions, meeting users' immunoblotting application needs with excellent performance, versatility, and high cost-effectiveness.
Characteristics of West Femo substrate:
High sensitivity: detecting protein bands at the Fick level on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes.
Long signal duration: Under optimized conditions, the imprinted bands incubated with substrates can continuously output detectable light signals for 6-8 hours.
Reagent stability: The reagent kit can be stored stably at room temperature for up to 6 months, and at 4 ℃ for 1 year without affecting its use.
Suggested dilution concentration:
Primary antibody concentration: It is recommended to dilute with 1 µ g/mL storage solution at a ratio of 1:5000 to 1:100000 times
Secondary antibody concentration: It is recommended to dilute with 1 µ g/mL storage solution at a ratio of 1:100000 to 1:500000 times
