Product Description

This product contains 6 self luminous purified proteins with molecular weights ranging from 23 to 117 KD, all of which contain functional groups that can be recognized by various antibodies such as mice, rabbits, and goats. When performing chemiluminescence (ECL) detection, six proteins can also emit light due to binding to corresponding antibodies, thus achieving self luminescence effect. The light emitted by the self luminous marker is the same as the light emitted by the target protein band, and can be detected by X-ray film exposure or ECL luminescence imaging.

This product has the advantages of providing accurate molecular weight standards (5 out of 6 proteins have been identified by mass spectrometry for precise molecular weight, and the mass spectra can be found on the official website), which can be used to monitor primary, secondary, and ECL processes, as well as direct comparison of target band sizes after ECL.
