This product is a new type of protein electrophoresis gel kit based on the traditional PAGE gel kit. Its characteristics are that on the basis of not changing the traditional use habits and the separation environment of protein molecules, it improves the use conditions of the initiator ammonium persulfate, and realizes one-step gel filling. After filling the separation gel, it directly injects the concentrated gel without liquid sealing, which greatly simplifies the preparation method of gel, improves the speed of electrophoresis, and is conducive to obtaining more perfect experimental results of protein electrophoresis.

Transportation and storage
Transport at room temperature. Stored at 4 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months. Note: After packaging, store the ammonium persulfate solution at -20 ℃.
Instructions for use(refer to the diagram at the end of the article)
1. Preparation of reagents
(1) Preparation of ammonium persulfate (APS) solution: When used for the first time, add 5 mL of deionized water to the APS test tube, gently shake and mix, pack and store at -20 ℃, and store at 4 ℃ for short-term use.
(2) Preparation of separation glue mixture: According to the glue making mold used, take the required amount of 1/2 volume of separation glue A and separation glue B and mix them evenly in the same small beaker (or test tube). Example: When using a Bole Mini PROTEAN electrophoresis cell to prepare gel, take 2.0/2.5/3.8 mL of separating gel A and B from a gel plate with a thickness of 0.75/1.0/1.5 mm.
(3) Preparation of concentrated gel mixture: Take another small beaker and take 1/2 volume of concentrated gel A and B respectively, mix evenly and set aside for later use. Example: When using a Bole Mini PROTEAN electrophoresis cell, take 0.8/1.0/1.5 mL of concentrated gel solution A and B on a gel plate with a thickness of 0.75/1.0/1.5 mm.
(4) APS addition: add 10% APS solution (that is, add 10 μ L of 10% APS solution to every 1mL of gel mixture) into the separation gel and concentrated gel mixture prepared in steps (2) and (3) at a ratio of 1:100. Gently stir and mix well to avoid the formation of bubbles.
2. Glue filling operation
(1) Glue filling: pour the separation gel mixture prepared in the previous step into the gel mold (for example, when using the Bole Mini PROTEAN electrophoresis tank, add the gel solution to about 1.5cm from the top of the front glass plate or about 0.5cm from the comb teeth). No need to wait, immediately pour the prepared concentrated glue mixture into the mold. (2) Insertion and polymerization: insert the comb into the gel, stand for 10-15min, and wait for gel polymerization. Note: The prepared gel can be stored at 4 ℃ for several weeks in a sealed bag with a small amount of electrophoresis buffer.
3. Electrophoretic operation
(1) After the gel is polymerized, assemble the electrophoresis tank, add the electrophoresis buffer, carefully pull out the comb, check the glue hole and tidy the comb teeth.
(2) Add protein samples and protein molecular weight standards as needed for the experiment.
(3) Adjust the electrophoresis instrument to a constant voltage of 200V-300V for electrophoresis operation. Complete the protein electrophoresis experiment in approximately 25-35 minutes. Note: If the current of the single board adhesive is greater than 90mA and the current of the double board adhesive is greater than 130mA, the voltage can be appropriately reduced.

1. This product is only for scientific experimental research and should not be used in clinical diagnosis, treatment, or other fields.

3. The prepared ammonium persulfate should be stored at -20 ℃. If stored at 4 ℃, it is recommended to use it within one week.
4. The reagent contains Acr Bis, which has neurotoxicity. Use with caution.
