Product Description

The DNA bands stained with GelGreen exhibit green fluorescence under blue light transmission. This new type of dye has the advantages of being unable to penetrate cell membranes, having strong binding affinity with double stranded DNA, low genetic mutagenicity, high thermal stability, no inhibitory effect on commonly used enzymes in molecular biology, and a wide range of applications. This product is suitable for dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA staining in agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

1. Safe and non-toxic, using anthocyanins (oily macromolecules with a molecular weight of 1400) as raw materials, which cannot penetrate cell membranes and are much larger than EB with a molecular weight of 690;
