usage method(Single component TMB color solution should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before use)
ELISA color development steps：
450nm reading value：
1. Wash the plate three times with PBST/TBST washing buffer (containing surfactant) after incubation with HRP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (HRP);
2. Color development: Add 100 μ L of substrate and incubate at 20-37 ℃ for a certain period of time, and the color will turn blue;
3. Termination: Add 100 μ L of TMB color termination solution (450nm) (item number: AP37L125), and the color will turn yellow;
4. Reading: It is recommended to read the absorbance value at wavelength 450 within 30 minutes;
650nm reading value：
1. Wash the plate, incubate with HRP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and wash the plate three times with PBST/TBST washing buffer (containing surfactant);
2. Color development: Add 100 μ L of substrate and incubate at 20-37 ℃ for a certain period of time, and the color will turn blue;
3. Termination: Add 100 μ L TMB color termination solution (650nm) (product number: AP37L135), and the color will be blue;
4. Reading: It is recommended to read the absorbance value at wavelength 650 within 30 minutes;
Dynamics 650nm reading:
1. Wash the plate, incubate with HRP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and wash the plate three times with PBST/TBST washing buffer (containing surfactant);
2. Color development, add 100 μ L of substrate, and incubate at 20-37 ℃;
3. Reading: Read the absorbance value at a wavelength of 650nm at a predetermined frequency (e.g. every 1 minute)
