Product Description
This product adopts an acidic washing formula and does not contain organic reagents such as β - mercaptoethanol, making it safe and odorless. It can quickly and effectively remove antibodies bound to the imprinting membrane, with almost no protein detachment on the membrane, allowing for 3-5 antibody detections on the same membrane without repeated electrophoresis and membrane transfer, saving samples and time. It is suitable for optimizing conditions for Western Blot detection using NC or PVDF membranes or detecting different proteins in the same sample. It can effectively remove primary and secondary antibodies on the membrane and obtain a new membrane in 10 minutes.
