Product Description

The PikoOrange Protein Quantification Kit is a highly sensitive fluorescent technology-based kit for quantitatively purifying proteins, with a detection protein concentration range of 0.1-10 μ g/ml. Compared to traditional quantitative methods such as BCA, Bradford, or Lowry protein quantification analysis, the PikoOrange protein quantification kit has better sensitivity. In addition, compared with NanoOrange protein quantification measurement technology, it has better linearity and reproducibility. The PikoOrange protein quantification kit can display the minimum variability between different proteins, and the fluorescence signal is stable for up to 16 hours; The tested sample is suitable for both purified proteins and antibodies. It should be noted that PikoOrange has varying degrees of tolerance to salts, buffers, detergents, or other chemicals (Table 1).

Transportation and storage

[Note]: If there is precipitation in the buffer solution, it can be heated to 37 ℃ and dissolved by vortexing.
